The Faster You Go the Behinder You Get! Mindfulness and the Paradox of Slowing Down
Friday, Jul. 29, 2016
10:00 AM – 04:00 PM
US/Central
Mindfulness, the intentional cultivation of open-hearted, non-judgmental, present-moment awareness, can help people awaken from a habitual mind state, understand reactivity to stressors, and address busyness with greater clarity and creativity.
This workshop offers a day of instruction, practice, and discussion, in which participants will learn how to foster the practice of mindfulness meditation to help us slow down and get more done.
About the Workshop
