It is springtime in Houston, and everything is blooming! Join HCCC staff and volunteers for some paper-folding fun as they make beautiful origami flowers. Origami is the ancient Japanese art of folding paper to create three dimensional works of art. Learn proper folding techniques to transform colorful papers into a bouquet of everlasting blossoms. While you are there, stroll through the galleries, and check out the new summer exhibitions. Don’t forget to stop by the Craft Garden, where you can see samples of natural-dye plants in full bloom.
