In celebration of Yuriko Yamaguchi, on view at Asia Society though August 21, the July family program will focus on the effect of color and light in Japanese art. Projects will draw inspiration from Yuriko Yamaguchi’s Cocoon and Cloud series, Fireflies on the Water by renowned artist Yayoi Kusama, and the neon landscapes of Tokyo’s Shibuya and Shinjuku districts. Check back for additional details in early summer 2016.
